October, Monday the 8th, 2007, 10:59 AM:
I'm updating from an internet connection that doesn't completely suck! Go me!--Lemming--
October, Sunday the 7th, 2007, 2:43 PM: Yet another minor alteration - I've removed the screenshots section, because all the pages were old and outdated, all the screenshots were of poor quality, and they were just generally useless. I also removed the old Pokédex along with the Gruntz and Sonic CD cheat pages for the same reason. To compensate for the screenshots, I might make something more of a gallery at some point, with some quality shots that are worth looking at. On another note, I've moved the links to the individual Sacrifice Creature and Spell guides onto a separate page, and replaced them on the main page here with one link leading to said page.
--Lemming--
October, Sunday the 7th, 2007, 2:31 PM: Aaaand done! I've totally revamped Lemming's Links, splitting it into three sections, removing some old links, and adding a whole lot of new ones - including the webcomics, as mentioned. Enjoy! ^_^
--Lemming--
October, Friday the 5th, 2007, 10:25 AM: Made some minor changes to the front page here - nothing major. I'm also going to work on a new links page shortly, which will contain links to my favorite webcomics. In kind, I might change the current Lemming's Links page to have three sections: webcomics, forums, and other links.
--Lemming--
October, Monday the 1st, 2007, 9:40 PM:
Well! I finally set up a new banner for the main page here, as you might have noticed. I'm very proud of it - made it from scratch in MS Paint. ^_^ Oh, and kudos to Raven for improving my messy text in the last panel. XD That's all for the moment, although I think this might also be a good time to mention on the main page that registrations for the forums have been locked indefinitely, thanks to the damn ad-bots finding us again in the end. :P Anyone who wants to register a new account can e-mail either Redstar or myself - we'll evaluate you to decide if you get membership or not.--Lemming--
July, Friday the 27th, 2007, 11:13 AM:
Wow. Um, that took a while. XD Here we are at the new address! We moved the forums, too, but unfortunately, a problem rendering them unusable arose shortly before we finally made the move, and when we copied the data to the forums here at the new address, it copied the problem too. Since the problem is apparently unfixable, guess what? We're starting from scratch. Again. I'm sorry, guys! On the plus side, some of the problems from the old forums - such as The Exile's nameless posts from when his account got blown up and he had to start a new one, and all of the banned/inactive members - will be solved. In addition, we've finally got it set up so that we'll be making regular backups of the forums, in case anything happens to them again. So everybody come back in - we're going to try to do the whole thing right this time. :D--Lemming--
February, Thursday the 8th, 2007, 11:57 AM: Well, sorry I haven't been updating for so long, but I've got important news: ownership of www.cocoaresearcher.com runs out at the end of this month. That means that LimeGreenNetwork is moving. I'm not sure where we're moving to yet, though. There's two possibilities: first, there's another unrelated site that could host us, but attempts to move LGN there so far have ended in failure. The other possibility, and the one that looks far more likely now, is that we'll finally be getting our own domain name. Whatever happens, it's going to happen soon, so I'll let you all know when and where we're moving once the final decision has been made.
--Lemming--
August, Monday the 14th, 2006, 11:38 PM: Well, after a two-day problem with the forums, my dad and I finally managed to fix them last night. Thankfully, no posts were lost, but The Exile's account mysteriously exploded. Nevertheless, he can simply re-register, and all will be back to normal again. Sorry for the downtime, everyone. But we're once again back.
...I'm also sorry that it's been two months since I've updated...
--Lemming--
June, Wednesday the 14th, 2006, 1:54 PM: We now have, as you can see, tables, which contain what was once a mess of links leaking down the page. Also, the news page has been stuck here on the front page, so that it's easier to read, basically. You lazy bums.
--Lemming--
June, Thursday the 8th, 3006, 1:56 PM: Heading off to the lake in a moment, but thought I'd update. Not that I can't do that from the lake, but whatever. I'm going to be working on a new guide for SSBM while I'm there. Also, a future project is going to be made out of repairing the Sacrifice guide, which I want to clean up once and for all.
--Lemming--
June, Monday the 5th, 2006, 11:28 PM: An update to Renegade's fresh avatar gallery!
--Lemming--
May, Thursday the 18th, 2006, 12:04 AM: Renegade has added a fifteen-avatar gallery to the LGN Avatar Gallery. Have a look!
--Lemming--
May, Monday the 15th, 2006, 1:14 PM: Well, I don't know quite how it happened, but LGN officially reached 10,000 hits sometime in the last couple of days. It's especially odd, since I knock a couple hundred hits off the counter every month or so to counteract the hits that I myself add to the site. Nonetheless, this can only mean one of two things: either a) people actually do find this place, or b) my friends have far, far to much time on their hands. Hey, I still have nothing better to do with my time, so as long as you guys stick around, we'll be here for another 100,000 hits. Cheers! : )

May, Thursday the 11th, 2006, 1:07 PM: Ahh, I love the E3! About three hours ago, a trailer for the new Super Smash Bros., known from here on out as Super Smash Brothers: Brawl, was revealed to the public. I would have posted sooner, but I was too busy watching and re-watching it. Amongst other things. See it for yourself, right here, right now! To recap quickly, the currently revealed new characters are Metaknight, who made me cheer fanboyishly when I saw him, a version of Samus without her Power Suit known as Zero Suit Samus, Pit, from the nineteen-year old NES game "Kid Icarus," good ol' Wario, and, oddly enough, Solid Snake from third-party series Metal Gear Solid. With his cardboard box. Um, yeah. Metaknight and Pit look horribly awesome. Unfortunately, they decided to make Wario into a bit of a joke, rather than the shoulder-charging powerhouse I was hoping for. Nevertheless, did I mention that Metaknight looks awesome? Like, really awesome? It's been announced, to my glee, that the game, although it is being released on the Wii, will be compatible with the old Gamecube controller. Meaning you won't have to completely re-learn the game to accommodate the Wiimote, as it is known. Also, looking at the trailer, all of the old characters shown so far seem to be keeping their movesets from Melee, which, again, is a blessing. Lastly, Brawl is no longer a release title; it is to be released in 2007. I think it will be worth the wait, though. : ) The longer the development team has to work on it, the better, if you ask me. I'd rather wait another year than have a rushed Smash Bros. game. So, with Halo 3 and now SSBB, 2007 is going to be a very happy year for gamers.

May, Wednesday the 10th, 2006, 2:12 PM: Well, my classes are over, my finals are over, and I'm free for the summer. A happy administrator am I! Now that I've got some free time, here's a few ideas I've had:
1) Another user-content section. Remember what I said about wanting to do something Morrowind-related? I've got it. User submitted Morrowind journals. Basically, copy down your in-game journal's contents (dates and entries, in other words), as well as a few tidbits about your character - race, name, gender, class, and so on. Put it in an MS Word document, send it to me, and I'll post it on the site. I'm getting my journal ready right now. Send them through the contact link on the main page. I thought this would be an interesting way to see how different people progress through the game.
2) Map downloads. I've made quite a few quality (if I do say so myself) maps for Sacrifice and JJ2, using Scapex and JCS, respectively. If I were to upload them , they would be available for all to enjoy.
3) There is no three. But two looked funny.
Anyway, the revamp and some of these new sections should be coming up soon. In other news, Halo 3 was officially announced at the E3 today. OMGOMGOMGOMGOMG, it looks SO AWESOME! Watch the trailer. WATCH IT NOW. I was whooping and cheering and laughing with glee when I saw this. I cannot wait for the closer in the Halo trilogy to clear up everything that's been theorized on for the last five years. It's due for release on the X-Box 360 in 2007, no specific season given yet.
--Lemming--
May, Saturday the 6th, 2006, 11:49 PM: Not much to say right now, but I figure I'll update anyway. The finals for both of my classes at the WCCC are coming up soon, so once those are over, I'll finally be able to really relax for the first time in a few months. And once that happens, I may just consider actually doing some of the things for the website that I've been saying I'll do for two years. Time really flies when you have an idea planned out in your head for so long. But this summer, I promise, money-back guarantee, that I will begin the long-promised revamping of the homepage. Yes, I mention it every fifth update. No, I never do anything substantial about it. But that will all change, I swear. I've asked my dad, and he said he's be happy to help me with it. I'm sure we'll be getting that done in no time at all. Also, to all forum members, I think it's about time I officially announced the first-ever LimeGreenNetwork Party! Yes, if you're on the forums, you probably know about this already anyway, but I thought it'd be nice to mention. Also, I'm thinking of picking my Impossible Creatures guide back up, but I'm not sure. I've also had the urge to write something Morrowind-related recently. On a similar note, since my roster of "mains" in SSBM has gone up from "just Ganondorf" to "Ganondorf, Samus, Ice Climbers, Bowser, and Luigi," I might make guides for them in the same style as the old Ganondorf guide. However many mains I get, though, remember this: Ganondorf is still my #1, and he OWNS YOU. }:)
Anyway, it looks like a smooth-yet-eventful summer for LGN, and I can't wait until everything gets rolling.
--Lemming--
May, Tuesday the 2nd, 2006, 1:40 PM: Quick note, the forums were down for a bit yesterday evening, but they're back up now.
--Lemming--
May, Monday the 1st, 2006, 10:16 AM: More updates to the avatar gallery by Raven and Exile. Have fun with that.
--Lemming--
April, Thursday the 27th, 2006, 6:23 PM: Nintendo fans, I feel obligated to crush your anticipation in much the same way mine has been. The upcoming Nintendo console, known since its unveiling last year only by its code name, "Revolution," has today received an official name:
The Wii.
Yes, you read that right. Wii. Pronounced "whee." Or as Nintendo itself claims, "we." As in, "we cannot imagine what could have possessed you to bequeath your highly anticipated console with such a rubbish name." Read Nintendo's official justification here. I have never seen so much new-age togetherness nonsense crammed into one paragraph before. Their explanation makes no sense at all, and evidence points to it having been written by a Japanese hippy, who I now wish to injure. Now, I'm still going to buy one, probably. But I refuse to believe that "Wii" could possibly be a good name. Oh, and in case some of you were still hopeful that this was a Japanese-only name or something, they said the Wii is the worldwide name for the console. Sorry. Now I know I'm making this sound like a bigger deal than it is, but... really. Wii? Horrible wordplay ensues.

April, Wednesday the 26th, 2006, 7:48 PM: Some major updates to Raven's gallery, after more avatars began to trickle into my E-Mail over the course of the day. Check 'em out!
--Lemming--
April, Wednesday the 26th, 2006, 11:47 AM: The first user gallery other than mine is up, full of avatars submitted by Raven89. Go have a look! I'm still thinking about how I want to lay it out instead of just dumping all the avatars onto the page, but nothing's changed yet.
--Lemming--
April, Tuesday the 25th, 2006, 11:34 PM: The LGN Avatar Gallery is essentially up, although only my avatars are available for viewing right now, since I haven't received everyone else's yet. The design and layout it has right now is essentially a crude one, it will be cleaned up and made to look pretty later on.
--Lemming--
April, Tuesday the 25th, 2006, 10:28 PM: A new page should be popping up soon. A few of the forum members and I came up with the idea for an Avatar Gallery. Basically, several members (including myself) are submitting their avatar collections to display on the main page for all to see and use. So that will be fun. Also, nothing else. Isn't that amazing?
--Lemming--
April, Thursday the 13th, 2006, 12:22 PM: An update, for posterity. I almost got to see the sunrise today, but I fell asleep again before it started coming up. Anyway, the forums are doing well, we've had a veritable flood of new members in the last week or so. The newest one may even be someone I don't already know! XD No real news, no real updates. So, I'm off. Keep posting, everyone!
--Lemming--
March, Saturday the 25th, 2006, 2:01 PM: Well, I haven't updated in a while, and I've got nothing to do right now, so... meh. The forums have recovered wonderfully, and I hardly feel like we even lost anything anymore. The features granted by the new software have allowed me to do many things I needed to be able to do before but wasn't, as well, such as merging topics. Anyway, all's well on the LGN front, so see ya later.
--Lemming--
February, Sunday the 19th, 2006, 11:55 AM: Added a link to Fire Emblem: Sanctuary of Strategy on Lemming's Links. Visit them, or you'll be missing out!
--Lemming--
February, Thursday the 16th, 2006, 7:53 PM: Still all excited about the forums, and I'm flattered to see the amount of people who found them on their own within a few hours of launch, but I wanted to drop in real quick to mention that I've added my E-Mail to the main page for contact purposes. If you've got any comments, questions, or suggestions for LGN, send 'em on in!

We are BACK IN ACTION, BABY!
The LGN Forums have returned, better than ever before! Join or rejoin now! Link on the main page! It's PARTY TIME!

February, Tuesday the 15th, 2006, 6:52 PM: I am making my first update in a while. I have started work once again on my domain, and instead of clicking my link, and getting a half finished Jazz 2 weapons guide, you will get my home page within a home page (which is as of yet also unfinished). It will include, when finished, several game topics, as well a several pieces of my mind on various topics. Random Discordium will follow.
--Redstar--
February, Tuesday the 14th, 2006, 5:03 PM: Happy Valentine's Day, or something. The forums are coming along, should be done soon, but for now, I've added a pair of links to Lemming's Links. Check 'em out!
--Lemming--
February, Monday the 13th, 2006, 12:18 PM: Dad got back late last night, but after he gets back from the office today, we'll get back to working on setting up the forums. Shouldn't be much longer now...
--Lemming--
February, Thursday the 9th, 2006, 2:15 PM: Well, due to circumstances beyond my control, I may have to add a day or two to my initial deadline of having the new forums finished by the 12th. Work has begun setting them up online, but I'm not going to be able to work on them again until the night of the 12th itself. But the bottom line is, we have everything we need, and setup has gone smoothly so far, so I think I can safely say that we're definitely using IPB forums. Hooray!
--Lemming--
February, Tuesday the 7th, 2006, 4:13 PM: A quick update on the forum hosting situation: I believe we have found a suitable host. This means that, while I'm not promising anything (as the internet and computers in general are a major cause of unforeseen complications) the new LGN Forums could be ready for business as early as Thursday. Hooray! In other news, I just spent some time fixing up a few things on LGN in general, and while doing that, I have created a linking page (different from the links page) containing the 25 (or 26, depending on how you want to look at it) different LGN banners, for those who wish to link to us. Which, by the way, would be awesome.
--Lemming--
February, Tuesday the 7th, 2006, 2:48 PM: Well, it's a tragedy, I know, but the LGN Forums have been down for a full week now. I have officially abandoned hope of them returning on their own. Almost a year's worth of posting, lost... and just a month and a half before the Forums' one-year anniversary, too! Damn you, Vizionbb, for your untruthful, untrustworthy, and unreliable hosting! I have begun work on finding new forums - so far, I've gotten myself a copy of Invision Power Board 1.3.1 (thanks Simon Wai!), which is a truly excellent (and free) forum software. It's free-ness dispels my fears that I may have to instate a membership fee to make up for the monthly payments associated with Invision Pro Board, which I also considered for a day or two. Now, I still have to find a reliable hosting service (I.E., not another crock of bull like Invisionbb), but that particular issue should be resolved in a day or two, with good ol' dad lending me a helping hand. After a host is found and I've started an account, I'm actually going to keep the forums closed for at least a few hours, maybe a full day, while I get everything set up and configured for our new home on the internet. I think you'll find that these new forums are a vast improvement over the old ones, so be looking forward to that. Meanwhile, all there really is for you guys to do is visit the LGN Lament that the old forums link currently points to and mourn our loss. No worries - we'll be back up and kickin' in no time!
--Lemming--
February, Thursday the 2nd, 2006, 5:03 PM: Bad news. The LGN Forums seem to be down, and have been since early yesterday. Given Vizionbb's patchy history of actually paying attention to or caring about what happens on their hosting, and as sad as it is, I can't guarantee that the forums will ever be back up again. If that's the case, I'm going to be setting up new forums this weekend. So any LGN users reading this: be on the lookout, and be prepared to register on these new forums when and if it comes to that. I'm going to do some extensive research this time and find some really good forum software and hosting, rather than just grabbing whatever I see first.
--Lemming--
January, Monday the 9th, 2006, 2:32 PM: Well, lots of new stuff. First, the guestbook did end up being closed, at least temporarily, possibly permanently. I need to find a reliable way to prevent or at least control spam before I'm willing to re-open it. Second, MERRY CHRISTMAS EVERYONE! Third, HAPPY NEW YEAR '06! Fourth, lot's of redesigning coming up. I'm going to totally redo at least the visual aspect of the main page, and possibly the entire site. This will be done in chunks so that no part of the site will actually be down at any given time. Also, all current content will remain, so no need to worry. And fifth, I was in Florida for a couple weeks. Didn't mention it when I left the day after Christmas. Didn't update while I was there. Am updating now after getting home yesterday night. So there, consider yourselves informed. In other news, I like beaches. Looking back over the last several news updates, I've noticed that I'm just barely keeping up my at-least-one-update-per-month guarantee. But I am keeping up. So be grateful for that. : )
--Lemming--
December, Friday the 2nd, 2005, 10:41 AM: First of all, happy burfday to certain people; you know who you are. ; ) Second of all, I've put up a new counter at the bottom of the main page, called a site map, which contains a world map which pins the locations of anyone who visits LGN. Pretty neat, if I do say so myself. So, you realize what just happened here, right? NEW CONTENT! YAY! And third, finally, Redstar has obtained a (high-speed) home internet connection which he can easily access. I can testify to this by having thwomped him in AOEII last Wednesday over the internet. : ) Anyway, he either already has, or is going to download, MS FrontPage, so... updates from Redstar plz?
--Lemming--
November, Wednesday the 30th, 2005, 11:14 AM: Well, the guestbook has been spammed again. I mean, REALLY spammed. Somebody decided to whack the keyboard a few times, then copy and paste it still more, leaving the guestbook with a paragraph of gibberish and a distinct scent of processed meat. So, I'm getting sick of this, and considering the continued existence and functionality of the forums, I don't see, frankly, why I should put up with this anymore. But, I'll be nice, and let the viewers decide. There's a poll up in the LGN Forums, look in the Website Discussion category. This is going to determine whether or not the guestbook stays up. You have one week to vote.
--Lemming--
October, Wednesday the 19th, 2005, 5:43 PM: Eh, I wanted to make at least one update before the end of October. I'm finding that with the opening of the forums, I'm not working on the main site as much anymore. Perhaps I should work to change that... in any case, another thing I've noticed is the amount of spam in the guestbook. I'm actually thinking of closing it, since the forums offer a realm of communication for visitors far beyond anything the guestbook ever gave anyway. So really, what purpose does it serve anymore? As far as I can see, none, other than to offer anonymous people the opportunity to scare the wits out of me. (For an explanation, see the guestbook post from the person claiming to be from Brooklyn)
--Lemming--
September, Friday the 23rd, 2005, 9:19 PM: Not a real update so much as something I wanted to tell to the world at large:
I HAVE BEATEN HALO ON LEGENDARY DIFFICULTY!!!
Bahahaha.
--Lemming--
September, Thursday the 8th, 2005, 7:50 PM: Finally got around to posting the Good Ol' Ganondorf Guide, which I completed last month. Enjoy. I also changed the font sizes on the main page again from "infinitesimal" to "readable". Enjoy that as well.
--Lemming--
September, Monday the 5th, 2005, 8:01 PM: Back from the lake. I am now home permanently until next summer - so far, it doesn't look like we're going to Florida this year. So, you know, hi. I'm back.
August, Friday the 19th, 2005, 11:27 AM: Well, I'm off to the lake for one last hurrah before the end of the summer. We'll be there for about two weeks, until labor day. We've got a new desktop up there now, so I'll try to remember to update (if I've got anything worthwhile to update with, at least).
--Lemming--
August, Wednesday the 17th, 2005, 7:52 PM: I finally finished uploading the wallpapers I made while at the lake, they're in a new wallpaper section on the main page. Enjoy!
--Lemming--
August, Thursday the 11th, 2005, 6:50 PM: Just got back from the lake again yesterday, after being there for several weeks. I would've been updating, but the computers up there kinda crapped out. Ah well. Oh yeah, and I'm leaving again tomorrow for a family reunion in... one of the states that starts with "V", I can't remember which. Anyway, still working on that new main page design. It's taking more effort to figure out than I had expected. No other real new news.
--Lemming--
July, Tuesday the 19th, 2005, 9:28 PM: OH MY GOD!!! I bear actual website updates! What's gone wrong in the world?! Anyway, two things: firstly, as you might have noticed, I shrunk the font sizes on the main page after realizing that the huge-arse letters made the page pretty much impossible to navigate with any degree of accuracy. Secondly, within a short period of time, I'm making a downloads page, at the suggestion of Redstar. The first available content will be a series of "Red vs Blue" themed wallpapers I made while at the lake. So, look forward to that. Back to the main page design, I'm going to change more than just the font size - I did that just for now, but I'm going to totally remodel the whole page soon, so that A), LimeGreenNetwork looks a little more professional, and B), you can actually find your way around.
--Lemming--
July, Sunday the 17th, 2005, 8:00 PM: Wey-hey, back home again. Redstar's left for home, and the issue with the spammer has reached a final resolution (in that Redstar banned him after he began spamming again). Not much more to say. Check in again later.
--Lemming--
July, Friday the 15th, 2005, 11:03 PM: Redstar reporting here because I can. I saw a real live spammer today. I wanted to tie him to a rock and roll him into the lake. I was drooling over the chance to ban him (I am a Co-Admin of the forum), but Lemming got through to the kid. I put away my mental rocket launcher. (Halo reference). Time for me to go, but Lemming is soon going to add a downloads section with cool wallpapers. Adios amigos.
--Redstar--
July, Friday the 15th, 2005, 10:57 PM: Yeah, we passed the sixth, we were home until the thirteenth... and now we're back at the lake again. Figures. Redstar's with me right now, and we've been working on the forums a little bit recently (I caught and placated a serial spammer) and he might work on his site a little bit later. For now, we're just kind of sitting around, but I figured I may as well check in so that the non-forum-goers can be reassured of my continued existence. Basically, I just wanted to make sure you know I'm not dead.
--Lemming--
June, Sunday the 26th, 2005, 7:08 AM: I forgot to mention this, but I'm at the lake right now. I will be until July 6th. But, as you can see, I can still update (we got the internet working when we were here before, a few weeks ago), so no real effect on LGN. Well, I'm off to the forums. I've gotten into the habit of checking up on them every day now, since people are posting with relative regularity. See ya!
--Lemming--
June, Sunday the 12th, 2005, 5:06 PM: It has come to my attention that, even though I have explicitly stated not to, people are still carrying on conversations in the Guestbook. I've said it once, and I'll say it again: now that the LGN Forums are up, it is no longer permitted to converse with people in the Guestbook. The Guestbook is for leaving your mark after visiting the site. Once you have posted, please do not do so again. If this keeps going on, after a warning, I'm going to have to have my Guestbook Minion start banning I.P. Addresses, and that just wouldn't be fun now, would it?
--Lemming--
June, Wednesday the 6th, 2005, 10:50 PM: Well, it's nice to see the forums have perked up. How's everyone enjoying this summer weather? I know there hasn't been enough new website content recently, but I've been concentrating more on building up the forums. Don't worry, my Ganondorf guide is nearly finished, and I have some other projects I'm working on as well. I've got to say, being admin of a message board isn't much different from just running the site as usual. I'm hoping Redstar will have the chance to sign up soon, so that will be nice. Additionally, since he got a new computer recently, he may finally be able to update from home, which, needless to say, would be nice. Anyway, not much more to talk about. Enjoy the summer heat (if you can!)
--Lemming--
May, Sunday the 22nd, 2005, 6:03 PM: Hello all. Nothing really new, just stopping in. You know what I just realized that's kind of sad? More people were active in discussions in the Guestbook than are in the new LGN Forums C'mon, people! Make more topics!
--Lemming--
May, Tuesday the 10th, 2005, 7:44 PM: Hi everyone! I just got back from a three-week vacation in Europe yesterday. I've been to Germany, Belgium, France, Poland, the Czech Republic, and Holland. I'm positive that I left a newspost before leaving explaining that I might not be able to update while in Europe (as you might have noticed, it turns out I couldn't), but I've been having a lot of trouble updating lately, and it seems to have been deleted, as were a couple other posts during the month of April. So, it's not that I haven't updated in well over a month, it's just that FrontPage hates me and refused to save the updates. Oh well. My next LGN-related project is to add a polls section to the main page. Who's your favorite God in Sacrifice, what weapon do you think is best in Halo, which is your favorite civilization in Age of Empires II, and other such questions. That shouldn't be too hard to figure out, so I'll hopefully have said new section in a few weeks.

March, Sunday the 27th, 2005, 8:29 PM: Happy Easter, everyone! And, guess what - I got's me some forums! Check them out using the link on the main page. What this means is that the Guestbook may no longer be used as a message board - if you've got something to say, visit the new forums and do it there instead. NO MORE GUESTBOOK CONVERSATIONS, 'KAY?

March, Friday the 25th, 2005, 3:17 PM: Well, I've been a little sick lately, so I've done about no writing at all in the past week. I'm finally starting to perk up, though, so I'll get back to those two new guides soon enough.
--Lemming--
March, Saturday the 19th, 2005, 3:09 PM: Since it doesn't look like they'll be done right away, I might as well let you know that I'm working on not just one, but TWO new guides - one will be a guide for the use of Ganondorf in Super Smash Bros. Melee for Gamecube, which is quite possibly the best game of all time, period, and the other is for the RTS game Impossible Creatures for the PC. The Ganondorf guide is a little more than halfway done, and the Impossible Creatures one is still in the layout stage, but they're coming along sure enough.

March, Friday the 11th, 2005, 9:46 PM: Another update from the laptop, this time a short user's guide to the Mayan civilization in Age of Empires II: The Conquerors Expansion.

March, Wednesday the 9th, 2005, 4:24 PM: And so, I have finished the banner, as you can see! What do you think? I like it! And it was quite painless to make...

March, Wednesday the 9th, 2005, 3:32 PM: Boom, done. The final version of the Halo PC Weapons & Vehicles Guide has been posted. This place is really shaping up nicely, now that I've started writing more often. This may be a well-known website yet!

March, Monday the 7th, 2005, 3:40 PM: Okay, I've posted a half-completed version of the Halo PC Weapons and Vehicles Guide. Enjoy that. It looks pretty good so far, no? I'll finish it later today or tomorrow. I should also note that I'm going to add screenshots to the S3&K Glitch Guide so that it's easier to tell what in God's name I'm going on about.

March, Monday the 7th, 2005, 9:53 AM: A couple of days ago, I started writing a guide to Halo PC, so that should be up in a few. Not much past that for now.

February, Thursday the 24th, 2005, 12:49 PM: Okay, I finally mustered up the courage to go and look at the small war that's been going on in my guestbook for the past couple of weeks, and I've got to say, I'm disgusted. From now on, if anybody's got a problem with another poster's beliefs, bring 'em to me first, because I probably know them, and you'll probably PISS ME OFF.

February, Saturday the 13th, 2005, 3:34 PM: Another link added to Lemming's Links, to the Red vs Blue website, which you've probably heard of if you're a Halo fan. But I have an even bigger piece of news (I say this as though the addition of a new link is huge news itself): I have thought of a name for my website! As of now, and as you may have noticed by looking at the main page, this site will now be known as LimeGreenNetwork. Which is odd, because this is not a network in any sense. But hey, it works for me!

February, Monday the 7th, 2005, 4:35 PM: Woah, two updates in one day! I just updated the links page a little, which included adding a new link, which is to a website called simply "The Halo Story Page", which I definitely recommend you look at if you're interested in the storyline and lore from Halo or Halo 2.

February, Monday the 7th, 2005, 1:12 PM: And now, yet ANOTHER discovery to be attributed to the Sacrifice Cheat Research page. While cheating for the Blight's special ability, I found that I could not seem to "spel it rite". To rectify the problem, I cheated for the Blight itself to check the spelling of it's special ability. I found, to my great surprise, that the name is not "BLIGHTmites", as I had been calling it for past three years, but is in fact "BILEmites". How I failed to notice this after so long I do not know, but I finally did, so I've updated the Charnel Chapter accordingly to reflect the newly discovered correction.

February, Sunday the 6th, 2005, 10:53 AM: Shortly after posting the new Sacrifice Cheat Research page yesterday, I thought of something, and after testing it, I found I was correct. Therefore, my new finding has been posted on the page. Check it out!

February, Friday the 4th, 2005, 3:06 PM: Well, subsequent to being more bored than I had any right to be yesterday afternoon and screwing around with the cheat codes during the Sacrifice campaign, I have created a new Sacrifice Cheat Research page, which there is a link to on the main page. Have a look, see what you think.

January, Tuesday the 25th, 2005, 9:58 PM: Well, no big updates just yet, but I am proud to say that, for the first time ever, someone has signed my guestbook and I don't already know them! It's amazing! Well, to me, anyway... Welcome, Loftydog! I plan to add some more content from ol' Argon MK II soon. But I've been too busy playing Metroid Prime 2 Echoes today to get much done. Heh.

January, Monday the 24th, 2005, 12:07 AM: I've just completed the first of the "Laptop Updates". I posted a link on the main page to a glitch guide I wrote for Sonic 3 & Knuckles. Not much else to say, as you can see, it's a late night for me. Well, anyway, enjoy!
January Tuesday the 18th, 2005, 8:25 PM: Well, here I am. First update of the new year. And I have nothing to say. Hm. Well, now that I've re-confirmed my existence, I'm off. I'll actually post something worthwhile later. Happy really-really-really-really-really late New Year!

December, Saturday the 25th, 2004, 3:22 PM: Merry CHRISTmas, y'all! Or whatever holiday you're celebrating at around this time. And if you don't like that, here's a more politically correct version for you: merry/happy [INSERT NAME OF NON-RELIGIOUS, MAINSTREAM HOLIDAY HERE]. I hope you all got what you wanted, and are having a good time with your families today.

December, Tuesday the 14th, 2004, 1:49 PM: BAHAHAHAHA!!! IT'S FINALLY DONE!!! I've finished and posted the FINAL OF THE FIVE CHAPTERS of the Sacrifice Creature and Spell Guide! THE GUIDE IS NOW 100% COMPLETE!! I will now devote a short period of time editing some portions of the guide to perfection (for example, I noticed upon posting that the Pyro chapter was missing the "Shrine" entry) and I'm thinking of adding a kind of "Pre-Chapter" describing the basic gameplay elements and perhaps short bios on each God as well. But the meat of the guide, the Creatures and Spells, is at long last DONE!!!

December, Friday the 3rd, 2004, 1:03 PM: Well, I'm home! I forgot to mention something the last time I updated (which was while I was still in Florida): Dad forgot to bring the Charnel Chapter with him when he came down. So I didn't work on it AT ALL while I was in Florida. However, I got cracking on it yesterday, and I'm making speedy progress, having been away from it for a month with plenty of time to think about it. I've already finished two entries and started two more, and there's just another two after that. Then I'M DONE. I still can't decide what to do with it yet - I would try to get it published by PRIMA or something as an actual paperback game guide, except Sacrifice is no longer published as far as I know. Maybe I'll do something else, I don't know. But I tells ya, this is my best work, and I'm really proud of it. Eager to show it off to the world at large, too. Sure, not that many people care or even know about Sacrifice, but still...

P.S. - Oh, yeah, I almost forgot: OVER 1000 HITS! YAAAAAY!!!
November, Friday the 26th, 2004, 8:02 PM: What's up, y'all? I updating from a Holiday Inn in Palm Beach, Florida. Using the Holiday Inn complementary guest computer. With high speed internet. Woo! Fun! I'm here with my cousin. She's participating on a PA team in the National Field Hockey Festival. We've been here for three days already, we're leaving for home in NJ in about three more. The tournament's been fun to watch so far - cuz's team has played four games, a win, a loss, and two ties. Anyway, I haven't updated recently, not because I wasn't able to, but because it's been durned near impossible to get a hold of Mom's computer while I'm thinking of it. I would have updated as soon as we got to Palm Beach, but I just found out that the Holiday Inn computer has Front Page earlier today. Oh well. I've had Argon MK II with me now for a few weeks, it works wonderfully, and, as expected, has all the Word files from the original Argon. As soon as we get home, which should be in the vicinity of the 1st of December, I'll add things. It's just too much trouble to do it from a hotel. Well, I've gotta go - I've got high speed internet surfing to do! (Plus, I'm trying to beat the full game of Wild Metal Country on Argon MK II!)

November, Thursday the 11th, 2004, 1:14 PM: Happy Veterans Day! Or something.... I'm in Florida. No, I don't have Argon MK II with me yet. So, how am I updating, you ask? We have Mom's laptop with us. I forgot that that still has FrontPage from when we were at the lake. I'm enjoying the great weather, the pool, the ice cream, the abundance of small land based reptiles (READ: lizards) and the nearby department stores. I don't have the guide file with me, but when Dad brings up Argon MK II, it'll have it on it, allowing me to finish it. I'll also actually have Sacrifice with me. So ha. Well, I've got to go. More news later, I guess.

November, Friday the 5th, 2004, 11:20 PM: Whee! If anyone cares, I turned sixteen three days ago! Additionally, we're off to Florida tomorrow. Dad got me a BRAND NEW LAPTOP for my birthday, which I have christened Argon MK II, and I will be dumping all of the contents of Argon onto it's successor. This means all of the crap about porting files is null, since the new Argon MK II is powerful enough to run anything I would need to to update the website from Florida. It will also add quite a bit to my repertoire of available games while in FL! Hah, I can finally practice Age of Empires II while on the go! Woo-hoo! Anyway, the new stuff will be coming even sooner than expected. I'm also bring the last chapter of the guide with me to work on. It's A-L-M-O-S-T D-O-N-E! I was hoping to finish it before we left, but, alas, no. Anyway, Dad's going to set up Argon MK II and bring it with him when he come to FL in a week. So, no more updates until then. Well, bye everyone! Seeya soon!

October, Wednesday the 27th, 2004, 11:53 AM: Making steady progress with the guide. I've changed some incorrect statements and added some things I wasn't sure of. I've been working on it a little bit every day, so it should be done soon! I'm going to my grandmother's house for the weekend for a concert to see a Welsh choir from Dolgellau, Wales, so I won't be working on it over the weekend, but it's almost done now, so, like I said, it shouldn't be long!
--Lemming--
October, Friday the 15th, 2004, 11:23 AM: Okay, now I've done something. Two days ago, I finally got around to getting that "field research" necessary to finish the guide done. Now that I have checked everything I wasn't sure about, I can finish the guide in short order. I still need to port the Word file off of Mom's laptop, but we're doing that tonight, and it'll only take about five minutes, if not less. In other news, Argon's been acting funny lately, and I don't mean that it learned to tell jokes. But once that's finally fixed (hopefully really soon) I'll start porting all of my WordPad files off of that as well. Yeah, remember I said that about four and a half weeks ago? Well, I was delusional. But it is coming soon. Really.
